Excellent Quality-Great Feel in Use.
Purchased two of the super duty 17 inch single ropes for shoulder and Tricep work. The ropes have a nice high grip surface but are not overly rough like most nylon ropes. Nice length for face pulls. Very heavy duty- well made- excellent quality ropes. Highly recommend.

LONG TRICEP ROPE
I love the product! The extra length allows for a full extension of the arms past your legs and hits the long head of the triceps. I also use it for cable ab exercises. The extra length allows me to kneel on the ground pull from over head and bring my head to the ground while squeezing my abs.

So far (2 weeks) it is an excellent rope for face pulls
Background:. I do face pulls 3 times a week. The typical tricep rope is too short and would agrevate my elbow and wrist while doing face pulls. I bought a longer but inexpensive rope from Amazon for like $15 USD. It looked sturdy and worked well but within 6 months the end knob came off and the rope quickly unravelled. I thought I could either buy a new one every 6 months OR buy the Extreme that has a guarantee. So far the Extreme is good. The rope has a softer feel to it which is nicer. The odd thing is that the black color is only on the outer weave so near the hook loop the black weave is thinned out and white rope underneath can be seen. It looks odd but so far (week 2) the rope is holding up. That's my review for now. Stay tuned

triceps work out
the tricep rope extreme is awesome after using it , there is a big difference from the metal handle ,I was using at the gym .The rope required me to cut the weight back by 20 lbs. the rope used only the tricep muscles , where as the bar used some shoulder muscle . giving you a false work out . With the rope you use only the tricep muscle and after the work out you feel the difference in the triceps . The rope is very easy to grip with bare hands. Also compared to other tricep ropes I have used and seen the tricep rope extreme out shines them all . the price and service is also top shelf . I let others try it out at the gym all were impressed . Buy it you will be glad you did RON

Finally! Ropes that flex!
There are plenty of trice ropes in the market, but most are made from HARD nylon. That makes it near impossible to flex my wrists to get a FULL tricep extension. These are different. That are soft enough to allow for flexing the wrist outward. You really feel your triceps working overtime. Very quick turnaround. I'm looking forward to ordering more from this company.

Fantastic Quality
When i received the Tricep Ropes I was amazed how the rope felt in my hands, much better grip than those Chines made ropes also the fact that you can use a single or pair it up on a D Ring keeps the rope perfectly centered while press downs etc.... No more one side of rope leaning more left or right. These are top quality in all aspects, I got two different lengths in pairs. Also since they are singe ropes that you can pair you can just use one rope by itself leaving the other off the D Ring if this makes any sense. Great Product and most of all MADE in the USA!!!
