Rotating Roman Rings Pull-Up Handles The Ultimate Cure for Boring Pull-Up Bar Workouts If your pull-up bar feels stiff, limiting, and painful on your joints — these Rotating Roman Rings Pull-Up Handles are the upgrade your back has been begging for. Engineered to unleash natural motion, amplify muscle activation, and bring live-action rotation to every rep, these grips turn standard pull-ups into a complete upper-back growth storm. Designed for athletes who want more angles, more activation, and more results , these portable pull-up handles transform any bar into a premium gymnastics-style training station. Primary Benefits (Built to Convert) 1. Live Rotating Motion = Maximum Lat Activation Fixed-position bars lock your joints into unnatural alignment. These rotating pull-up handles unleash full wrist, forearm, and shoulder freedom so your body can pull the way it was designed. That means: ✔ Deeper lat engagement ✔ Stronger contractions ✔ Better control ✔ A much larger range of motion Your pull-up bar has never felt this smooth, natural, and powerful. 2. Multiple Grip Angles = Bigger, Stronger Upper Back Unlock the best pullup bar workouts with more grip variations than any standard pull-up bar: Narrow Grip (palms facing torso) Neutral Grip (palms facing palms) Standard Wide Overhand Grip Two-hands-on-one-ring Reverse Pullups Endless grip transitions mid-set Whether you’re targeting upper lats, lower lats, teres major, rhomboids, rear delts — these grips hit everything. If you’ve ever wanted different pull-up grips that actually change the muscle stimulus, this is it. 3. Wood + Rotation = Joint-Friendly Pullups These pull-up grips are easier on your wrists, elbows, and shoulders than steel bars. Why? Because the 9" solid birch wood rings rotate naturally as you pull — reducing joint torque and eliminating the “locked-in” discomfort of fixed bars. Perfect for: ✔ Lifters with shoulder tightness ✔ Elbow pain from pull-up bars ✔ Long-term longevity & healthier movement patterns 4. Commercial-Grade Strength — Built for Real Training These are not cheap plastic home-gym gadgets. These are premium Gymnastic Roman Rings , rated for 400 lbs , built with: Solid Birch Wood (9”, 1.25” thick) Industrial Stitching Premium Nylon Super-Duty Hardware US Patented “Never Drop” Hooks The hooks lock onto any pull-up bar up to 1.75" in diameter — even during ballistic or kipping reps. Every pair is Commercial Grade and backed by a Lifetime Replacement Warranty . Product Des

When you need to use gymnatic rings for pull-ups at a commercial gym, these are PERFECT.

During the COVID-19 quarantine shut-down, I was trying to do 50 pull-ups per day until I ended up with severe elbow pain. From my research, one of the solution to my elbow pain (other than quit doing pull-ups) was using gymnastic rings. With the re-opening up of the gyms, I wanted to re-start my 50 pull-up per day routine, but my gym does NOT have gymnastic rings. I considered buying gymnastic rings with the adjustable straps, but hanging them in a commercial gym meant that I had to "hog" a pull-up bar for the entirety of my pull-up routine. That would have annoyed others since I normally spread out my 50 pull-ups over an hour as I do other exercises. The FIRE RING pull-up handles were the ideal solution. I can easily hang the FIRE RING to different pull-up bars throughout the gym and bang out a quick set of 10 pull-ups and move on. This allows me to do 50 pull-ups during my workout. I also found it convenient to use at my public outdoor recreational park which has pull-up racks. In the beginning, the gymnastic rings were a bit harder to do pull-ups compared to a straight bar, but I seemed to have overcome the initial difficulties. The one thing (and the most important) is that the elbow pain is no longer a problem.
