I only use these handles when doing pull-ups or chin-ups. I own three of these fat grip Pull Up Handles. One for the pull up bar i have upstairs in my house, one for the pull up bar in my basement and one i keep in my car. I found using these handles with the fat grip reduces the strain on my wrist and elbow area when exercising. I am 71 and these handles have been a blessing and a great addition to my home gym.

I've used these handles now for a few weeks and the pain has gone away because they allow my forearms to rotate into a natural position. I'll never do a chin-up without them again.

After three weeks of usage, my max reps have gone from 11 to 13; I couldn't recommend this product enough for anybody doing bodyweight training.
