This is a nice improvement over the original Ham Hock. Works much better for doing curls. 5'6", 135 lbs., 69 years old. Blowing up my arms since 1950.

Forearm Crusher

This pull down bar is legit. Kills the triceps/biceps and at the same time kills your forearms. Exactly what I was looking for.

Great Tool

The revolving action on this bar makes it feel just like a plate loaded EZ-curl bar! This revolving action also removes stress from your elbow joints and wrists and places it firmly on the muscles involved with the lift. This is well worth the extra money, and I recommend it highly.

Game changer

I've been ordering LPG equipment for a few years and it's worth every cent. The girth of the bars and the designs add that extra challenge to workouts. I've also introduced my clients to LPG attachments and use several variations during their training sessions. Definitely a great investment.
