Girthy is the first thing that comes to mind when talking about this attachment. I may not be using it as solely a conventional cable attachment, but that shows the versatility. I've also been doing deadlifts and squats with it as a stand alone accessory. I'm very happy with my purchase.

All you need to do is get the attachments for the Tonal on Amazon and hook it up to this beast!! Gains on top of Gains! Works way more muscles then normal bar

The 2" is pretty fat, but I prefer that for many moves. Also, you will likely need some fatter carabiners than what is on your machine.
