I like everything about this equipment except the weight pin. Way too small for Olympic plate. I will most likely purchase one that is more substantial.

One of my favorite fitness purchases ever. Takes the shoulders out of the equation and 100% focuses on the forearms. So glad I made the purchase!

grip freak is a beast!

bought the grip freak with dumbell hook for my two daughters who play ice hockey (midget and pee wee's) to help turn their wrist shots into sniper missiles, the xtra large grip I thought might be to big for their smaller hands but the rubber grip is very grippy so the size did not even matter, hubby and I use it as well, the day we got this beast in the mail we set it up and all got on it, next day my gurls didnt even feel like texting.....

This thing is great... forearms we’️re on fire quickly. The fat grips make all the difference. I’️d recommend it to anyone. It’️s a bit pricey for what it is, but I’️d say it was worth it. I think they’️d sell more if they made it more affordable. Also, they need to advertise these to arm wrestlers more. Huge market there.

Awesome roller

Great piece of equipment and built to last! This thing will fry your hands and wrist pretty quick. Love super setting it with my assistance lifts on upper body days. It's ability to hang from any apparatus makes it extremely convenient and easy to use. No excuse for weak hands!!!

Almost perfect.

The wrist roller is awesome! I've used a lot of wrist rollers over the years and nothing compares to this machine! My only complaint is that the adjustable hanging strap does not work well. The buckle on the strap that is supposed to clamp down on the strap does not work well and the strap keeps slipping which makes it essentially useless. For making such a great product, you would have thought that they would have paid attention to the little details. Too bad, and a waste of money for the strap. The dumbell hook and the weight plate holder are very solid and well made. It's just the adjustable hanging strap that is poorly made.

My wife and mother purchased this as a surprise for me. I love everything about this wrist roller. I found you on the internet by accident. I was searching for a wrist roller that would take the shoulders out of the exercise and had looked at the few free standing units and even thought about trying to build one myself. I can already tell a difference in the week I have had it. I love taking it to the gym and especially my wife's Planet fitness. Everyone looks like "what hell is he doing?" This is hands down the best forearm roller on the market. Extremely well made, just very solid. I love how it’️s suspended and allows you to focus only on your forearms. I never write reviews. So for me to write one, it has to be good. Feel confident about the purchase regardless of the price. In the end, you get what your pay for.

Grip freak roller

I am very happy with my purchase, this was my second purchase from this company. Shipping was fast, and products were packaged very well. It come by post office, and took about 2 to 4 days from the time you order it. The only complaint I have was they sent me my tricep rope in black when it should of been blue. At first I thought I had ordered wrong but I did not. That’️s not really a big deal, but it would be nice if the shipping department would double check before sending their goods out. Overall I’️m impressed by how fast it arrived, and with the quality of their products.

Great build quality and works well with heavy loads. Absolute forearm killer. Initially, I was hesitant about the price for what is essentially a suspended wrist roller, but do not regret one bit. The quality and brutal workout I have gotten out of this compared to other options is worth it.

I was looking for a way to provide some variety in my forearm workout at home and picked up the Fat Grip Roller. I have made DIY versions of these in the past with dumbbell bars and chord but this is light years away from that. The bearings along with the wide flat strap make the action very smooth and keep the focus where it should be, on the muscle not the joints. I am 57 and can tell you, that smooth action alone makes it worth the money. You can definitely fry your forearms in short order. The only issue I had was getting the rig up high enough for over hand grip (shoulder height). Just a little thought can provide a solution. I hung mine on an Olympic bar on uprights using a chain, or you could use the dumbbell hook (over a bar) which is one of the accessories. Even my wife (54) likes using it and that is saying something! Great product, I definitely recommend it.

Fat Grip Wrist Roller

Very nice and solid piece of equipment. This allows me to concentrate on working just the forearms. I can feel my forearms getting a pump from elbow to wrist and soreness I've not felt before.

great roller

The thick handle is perfect especially the ball ends which hits the forearms another way. I am still figuring out what weight to use the 60 lbs. first was not enough however still had a great forearm workout this will add to my other roller work. One thing though the thick handles could be smoother no grip freak engraving so nothing to grip to making the workout harder. This could be fixed by wearing over mitts which I will try later. Anyway rambling on... the grip freak is highly recommended and will up your workouts to another level. RM

Grip training without Delt engagement

I recently purchased the grip freak with the mounting arm they show in the pictures. It is a fantastic unit. The build quality is next level. I had an issue with the loading pin I ordered (the one that holds plates and a dumbbell) and LPG muscle was fantastic about getting the issue resolved. Their customer service was as top notch as the actual product. If you get the mounting arm and plan on taking it off and putting it back on, look into one of the monster knurled knobs from Rogue. It threads up nicely and it makes for slightly easier mounting. Given the quality of the products I received and the quality of the customer service I would highly recommend ordering from this company.
