Belt is well worth it
I've used several dip belts at our military base gym, and they're the standard issue type that get passed around and abused. I never really liked any of them but I also don't like spending money on gear unless there's a real reason to. After seeing the reviews online and some close-up photos of this belt I decided to give it a try.
I have zero regrets. The quality difference was obvious right away, and it completely removed the friction and discomfort I've always dealt with using the shared belts on base. Everything sits properly and it's comfortable against the skin. For the fit I would highly recommend. My waste is 32 and I was worried it would be way too big. That's not the case; they did an amazing job with the one size fits all.

Everything the Super Squats belt is, and more, for less $
No disrespect to the original Super Squats squat belt. I've owned a couple and they're as solid as they say. But someone stole my latest the other day (I'd been risking leaving it the gym) and I decided to hunt down a worthy successor instead of spending the $$$ for another.
After way too long hunting through badly reviewed alternatives, I miraculously found the right search terms, hit the LPG site, saw the seatbelt buckle + the built-in hooks, and ordered instantly. This thing is awesome.

Awesome product
I use this for various exercises especially belt squat with dumbbells. It is way more comfortable than the Spud Inc belt that i bought and holds up to well over 500 lbs awesome quality product! Around the waist under, the ribs, and in you abs it doesn't dig in like other products do very well made.

The product is exactly how it is described
Im a little on the thinner side and I’️m trying to gain weight. The belt is just maybe 2 inches shy of being perfectly fitted around my waist, i might have to wear a sweater when I use it until I gain enough size around my waist and back. Other than that the product is solid, just a little big for me but I’️m going to keep it and use it as motivation to gain some size.

Focus on quads
The axial loading inherent to barbel back squatting causes me systemic fatigue and limits my ability to target my quads and get the most out of the exercise. Using this eliminates that problem and allows me to focus on my quads. This feels like doing a machine leg press on my quads.
In addition, this belt is comfortable, durable, and high quality: The belt is well padded and doesn't hurt my hips. I can focus on my form. The material and build make for a strong and durable belt. Every component and material from the hooks, to the cloth, to the design is high quality.

Best dip belt I've ever owned
I own the first generation version of the belt as well, and even though I also loved that model, I have to say this is a definite improvement. The buckle and the chain is super fast and easy to adjust. I love the load ratings, the convenience, the design, and the versatility. Weighted pullups feel a lot more natural and convenient with this.

Great tool, however I train
Great tool, however I train youth athletes and focus, primarily, on functional movement training. No dips but we use for Chin Ups an Pull Ups. . . We feel the tool is best used in this manner. Absolutely wonderful product for this purpose! We actually us most of your products so they are all great.

New and Improved!
As an owner of the original ez dip belt I enjoyed its design and structure, however when doing dips/squats the chain would rub against my inner thigh. This updated design fixed this issue and made it way more ergonomically and comfortable for dips and squats! Due to the design the chain further away making it easier to handle and unload/load the weight!
